PLL Episode 1x07 - The Homecoming Hangover
Clues in the episode that Aria is A
Aria's brother Mike has really been taking their parents fighting hard. He's picking fights at school with kids that are twice his size. I'm sure Aria isn't taking it well either, but maybe she just hides it better than Mike. Maybe she brings out her anger on her friends when she is torturing them as -A. When Aria's parents go into school to see what's wrong with Mike he says:
Byron (to Ella): "Did you know that Aria is skipping her classes"
There has been no indication that Aria or the other girls have been skipping classes, However, if Aria is skipping classes, it would be a good time for her to plot her A games.

They girls are all in Emily's room except Aria talking about Toby's disappearance and how no one can find him. Emily is upset because Toby is a good friend of hers. Spencer and Hanna are trying to help her through a hard time. All of the girls are waiting for Aria to come over.Emily then gets a text and Hanna says:
Hanna: "Answer it, it's probably Aria"
After Hanna says this, they get a text from A...coincidence? Or Maybe Hanna was right the first time, and the text actually was from Aria, but she is disguising herself as -A... Either way, it is another subtle clue that points to Aria being A.

Hanna works at the Dentist office for her boyfriend Sean's mom. One time at work she sees Janna Cavanugh, Toby's step sister, at the office for Therapy. Spencer makes Hanna get the file from the office, but it turns out instead of the file being Jenna's, it's Toby's. Jenna wants the file from the girls, but they refuse to give it to her. They said they would keep it safe. Hanna and Spencer want to destroy the file for good so they don't get caught with it. Later -A went to the the same place where they destroyed it to pick it up. It must have been Aria that picked up the file because Aria was one of the only people who knew about the file and Spencer and Hanna both wanted it gone...

Aria Obviously would know where the key to Ezra's apartment is because she goes there all the time. Who else besides her would know where it is? Who would -A know where the key is unless they've been there before...Aria must be -A. Who else would want the key to his apartment besides his girlfriend?
Later in episode 1x21, we see A take the hidden key and enter Ezra's apartment. I it interesting that this scene is shown unless we are meant to see that both Aria and A know how to enter Ezra apartment whenever they please. Aria and A have so many things in common~~- 1x21
